Our Promise
If paint we applied peels, blisters or flakes within 24 months of the job being completed because of how we prepared or applied it, we come back and fix the affected area at no charge.
Paint fails when the surface under it was not ready, so the warranty is built around the prep we put in your written scope.
What Is Covered
- Peeling, blistering or flaking of paint we applied, in the areas listed in your written scope
- Labor and materials to prepare and repaint the affected area
What Is Not Covered
- Fading, chalking or color change from sun exposure, which all paint does over time
- Damage from moisture sources outside our scope: roof or plumbing leaks, gutters, sprinklers, drainage
- Surfaces we did not prepare or paint, and new rot in wood we did not replace
- Physical damage, cleaning with harsh chemicals, or pressure washing new paint
- Products supplied by the customer, and decks and horizontal wood surfaces (stain wear is maintenance)
How to Make a Claim
Call or email us with photos of the affected area and your job date. We will inspect within a reasonable time and schedule the repair if it is covered.
